The citizens of Fate, TX gather for the grand opening of Consumart, a shiny new box store. Terror ensues and the store erupts into a bloodbath. A few weeks later, three twenty somethings, BONE, CARRIE and SAM, head out on a road trip. After a run-in with two blood-thirsty convenience store clerks our protagonists begin to wonder if something strange might be going on in the town. The three stumble upon the only surviving humans in town: BYRON VON JONES , LYNETTE VON JONES and ROY JACKSON. The group takes shelter in Roy's ranch house, surrounded by hundreds of vampires intending to torch the property before sunrise. In the tradition of From Dusk Till Dawn and the Doom Generation, here comes BLOOD ON THE HIGHWAY. Nicholas Brendon (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) stars and has been invited to attend as a guest of the festival.
